BioConnected

BioConnected’s mission is to help people achieve fitness and health goals, using consumer friendly software & wearable technology. The current space of consumer wearables is dominated by products that are inaccurate and ineffective during exercise. Frustrated by the current device limitations BioConnected was born.

BioConnected’s mantra is to provide consumers with accurate, validated and meaningful data from wearables and software. These three elements are essential in order to achieve actionable change in health and fitness. BioConnected first product is the HR+: a state-of the art biosensing wireless sports earphone. BioConnected HR+ sports earphones are embedded with a miniaturised optical-mechanical sensor that measures subtle changes in blood flow allowing for the measurement of heart rate. Our heart rate measurements have been validated against ECG, with accurate measurements even under extreme movement and training regimes. The earphones remove the need for chest strap. In addition, BioConnected biosensing sports earphones also provide measurements of distance, speed/pace and calories burned stride rate/cadence and steps.

Put simply, BioConnected HR+ sports earphones provide the most accurate measurements of heart rate and movement whilst you exercise, of any wearable on the market and with real time audio bio-feedback of all your workout metrics. The HR+ is the only device you need to help you achieve your health and fitness goals. It’s your AI personal trainer in your ears coaching you to personal bests every time.
